Refund policy


All regular priced items are subject to a refund and exchange.

All mark down items are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange within 21 days from the date your order was originally received.

Sale items are only subject to exchange unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for paying returning shipping.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Promotional code return

All items purchased online using discount codes are final sale.

Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for store credit.

 

How to return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@firstrowdenim.com to send return request.

If your return is accepted, please ship your return item include original invoice on your return package.

Also, send your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are stolen or lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
